FORMANTBANK Formantbank is a fixed filter bank plugin for Windows VST hosts.  There are 12 filter bands, each with a volume fader plug additional low and high shelving filters. In fact the bands are not complete “fixed” - their frequencies can be shifted all together with the “FORMANT” knob. A special strong effect can be obtained by turning the resonance up. The filtered and the original signal can be blended from 0% - 100%.
